double cryptage on DM500

hi,im french and i have a problem with the double cryptage on my DM500
i ve been trough so many pages of topics without founding anything(and the search function if down)
my problem is simple the DM server owner told me that some channel are Double crypted starting specific hour so we can receive the Double cryptage key and can only see single crypted channel.
is that a comon bug?as it been solved with some update?(i got my DB from a friend who dont real mind helping me with problems)or is it still a problem?

Hi cypsyan, I appreciate that English probably isnt your first language but your post doesnt make much sense.

Are you saying the channels multicrypt? (One channel using two or more different encryptions so different types of receiver from different providers can be used to watch it?)

If so the receiver should just automatically choose one encryption if theres a valid card in it.

thx for your fast reply, well actualy the server owner told me that i cant see those channel because its was dualcrypted, (i dont know much)
we are card sharing we few friends and everything work fine but those channel (most are 18+year old channel) and i dont know where to change any encription options
 
Chances are the card for the pay provider that carries those adult services isnt authorised for the additional pay services.

Which channels on which satellite are you having problems with?
 
well it is adult channel, but also channel that work all the day and when adult show start , i dont see anything on vlc (i only use dreambox with computer i dont have tv anymore), its like vlc dont have anything to read, and the original DM server owner told me that he has thos channel in his package and pây for those so i really dont know

a short bump just to check if anyone has some idea about this.or if there something i can do to help someone find out what happening in this box :p
 
The problem must be with your card server provider. Your other channels seem to be ok. The adult channels arent opening.

Thus the authorisations for the adult channels are not there..

If you are using a commercial server (pay server) its quite possible that the adult channels just have too many folks connecting.
 
It shouldn't be VLC as that just streams what the DM can view, The issue is with the server I think,

if you can view other chans from the server then your line given to you seems correct.
I've no idea for fixes but I guess you need to speak once again to the owner.

These kind of questions should be handled by the server owner as unless its a known issue with a cam there isn't much users here can do,
As every Server or share will have many differing settings.
 
thank you guys for your answer, well effectivly i can see all other channel without problem until it come to an adult show the vlc stream stop and then...nothing....the server owner said that he tryed to found out why this is happening but could never find any answer :(...i guess it will stay that way until i become a server myself :( or until someone get the same problem as i do
