downlading hex files

hello guys

i know this may sound stupid but i just got to this forum and i was told to check

this webside to download .hex files for my strong reciver.

well on getting there i only saw the files (numbers written)no download links.
pls how do i download it and how do i make it have an .hex file extension if there exist no download link.

hopefully this site might help:

click on the receivers files link followed by your receiver link. I don't personally own a Strong receiver but there seems to be a wide choice of models discussed.
