from Amsterdam it seems,a great place indeed!
The rare Russian alternative source of "interesting" news from Russia.
Is it present on any satellite? or just a Youtube-based presence?

De zender TV Rain is geblokkeerd door de Russische autoriteiten en is daarom uitgeweken naar Nederland. In het gebouw van DPG Media heeft de zender nu een eigen studio.

Clear here & changed to TV Rain HD ? on 4.8°east same frequency same pids.
 
Dozhd means" rain" in Russian & their logo shows "purple rain"!!
Got it on 4.E strong signal along with a bunch of Ukrainians... good for their morale in these dark days!
