I found today on Oz forum samthing intresting.
Dr. Dish want to start one English channel for Australia and Oceania area.
I think the Oz must wait,lots of Dr.Dish fans don t speak German here in Europe,must be one Ku band spot for Europe and Asia and one C band spot for Oceania and Oz.
 
would never work - anything far enough east to be received in Oz would be too far east to be useful in western Europe where most of the English speakers are.
