Help Required Dr HD 1000S Circuit Diagram

My Satellite Setup
1.2M CM on Motor + 1.8M PF TBS5927 + 5980 + 6909 and lots of poorly positioned trees!
1m Astro 66°E - 63°W
My Location
South Yorkshire
My Dr HD 1000S has started with a problem on the supply voltage to the LNB, On inspection I have since changed a number of leaking electrolytic caps but I still have the same problem.

Can anyone help me with a circuit diagram?
