Anyone had it where this STB doesnt boot, just RED bulb, followed by L250 - just keeps repeating...?

Is it an internal PSU? Can't remember..possibly the caps have gone bad. Had this recently with Philip's Blu Ray player, wouldn't boot up, caps changed, normal operation returned.
