hi just purchased cas 3 just wondered if its able to programme dragon cam to receive digitalb supersport

Not without an official subscription card, only the Diablo 2.3 cam or the MII+ card are currently opening DigitAlb.
The Dragon, loaded with the latest Predator file, can currently open a lot of Premiere channels 19E, Polsat 13E and Digi TV 1W.
