Dragon cam help ... Can't get all channels with 2.16

Thanks for everyone's help on previous post. I decided to go with the dragon CAM.

For testing purposes, I've loaded it with pred 2.16, but can not get sk* itali* and the non-viaccess TPS channels (ex. TPS Cineclasique). Is this normal or did I do something wrong?

I have a fortec star 5100 ultra w/ fixed dish on Hotbird.

I can get most french channels, most spanish, but it would be great to get a list of channels that 2.16 is supposed to get.

The list changes every week or so, at the moment, Sky Italia is not on it.
