Dragon cam patchar V.0.4a

coulld anybody please let me know the purpose of patcher files and thair functions. how to use them and when.

Please could some worthy member help us less fortunate members of this great community in explaining about the patching of the Dragon cam and its benefits.Or direct us to the posts containing the info as I can not find any reference to patching at all .Please!!!!!!. I know cams seem to be almost a thing of the past as inbult decoders such as Technomate TM1500+ are replacing them but some of us can not afford to change with every new trend.
