I heard that Dragon Cam comes with a loader card... Can i program the dragon cam with the card?..

Any card programmer can program the loader card and hence program the dragon cam?
 
yes m8 you can program the cam with fun card 7(prussian card 5).
i use infinity usb to program the card. if you need more info on how to program the card let us know .

As far as cams are concerned you pays your money and makes your choice.
If you have Dragon Cam I would go for Dynamite programmer, its one of the latest on the market, as Dragon cam loader card in its software and only takesa few clicks on the mouse to program. It will also program all other cards.
