DRAGONCAM and CONAX

Echostar 7000 DVR
My Location
Italy
My DragonCam is working perfectly exception made for Conax.
Do you have any recent experience with Conax? Is it a DragonCam problem, or possibly a new Conax firmware is not supported?
Please any hints on this matter are welcome (just to know if it is a problem of mine or a common problem).
