Dream Box missing channels. HELP. Please!

I have a Dream Box DM500-C DV3 and have been using it for months.

However, in the last day or so I have lost pictures on most of the channels (barring the BBC, and Channel 4 channels plus 1 or 2 others). The programme name bar still comes up but all i get is a black screen.

Can anyone advise on a fix? I've done various scans but this hasnt resolved the issue. Thanks

Anything on the status bar? Does the EPG show what ought to be on?

Check if the the frequency is changed.
Its better a new scan. First save your bouquet.
