Dreambox 500 and white card

Hi, Newbie with a few problems!

I have a Dreambox 500 with a white sky card that has all the premium bits working. It woks fine in an old sky box, Panasonic P2.289 that I got the card paired to when it turned up (Card only)

On the Dreambox running PLI and CCCam 2.1.4 I can get the standard stuff like Dave but no sports or movies. I am guessing this is boxkey?

Is the .cfg file from /var/etc

Boxkey generated using boxkey converter 2.0.0

It turned out to be 7 digits so I added a leading 0?

Any help would be great

There are several threads in the forum regarding this topic, a huge thread titled 'Testing The New White Sly Card' and a tutorial I wrote on how to run this card in your dreambox, please read them.

The methodolgy is NOT box specific, its the same for all dreamboxes.
Do not use the boxkey converter as its way out of date, use the Dreambox Config Creator , that has boxkey conversion built in.
If your serial number is short , DO NOT ADD ZEROS, it will take care of that for you.
 
Hi guys ist post here and trying to download the config creator. but its coming up with errors saying i have to install net frame . any ideas guys.
 
You could try Installing Net Frame :-DOH!

Its Microsoft software that you get from the Microsoft website.

The Config creator won't install without it.

I know it sounds crazy but when i go to download netframe, it keeps coming up with not connected to net, does not matter where i try to download from
 
Sorted guys. was a lot of dead links . up and running thanks to B16MCC,s config creator.
