Dreambox 500 Internet Problem

Hi, lately i have been having problems with my internet connection to the dreambox. Everything used to work fine until one day where i was only able to watch the free channels. So i did a Internet Test on the dreambox and it said NO INTERNET. i cants see what the problem could be. I havent touched any of the setting and have checked the ethernet cable and it plugged in on both the router and the dreambox. My router by the way is an O2Wirelessbox II. Could somebody please help me identify the problem and how it can be solved.

I suggest you contact the person that rigged the Dreambox for card sharing, nobody on here can know how it was setup by someone else
