dreambox 500 suddenly no signal


i buy it before 1 weak

i put new image same


i check tuner there is only 4 or 5 volt

any idea in our country no meantineance

one i put out my dreambox fot sometime



it work 5 and 10 minutes but when change channel or satellite

the signal gone

any one have any tips


its from adapter or tuner

the board of dream like pc can not change anything

it works 1 weak

i dont know the tuner problem or adapter

when i checked the tuner i found only 4 and 5 volt only


it work 5 minute good but when change to another chanel


signal disapear


i have to plug out power 10 or 20 minutes and then work 5 minute then disapear


there i no meaintenance in our country

Have you checked the power output of the PSU?

Is the voltage from the back of the box (where you connect the coax) only 4v or is it 18v?

i checked the tuner vertical and horizontal


i found only 4 volt in vertical and 5 volt in horizontal

i dont know the problem


today i put in one channel only it work 30 minutes

whithout any problem but when changed to another channel the signal gone



i try whith out switch same problem

Have you tried another PSU with a slightly higher output e.g. 12v 1.5A?

Otherwise sounds like it might be knackered.
