Hi group newbie here.
I have a dreambox 500, which is hooked up to two sats. One being UBC (Thailand), and one being Multisat. Now I know that there is some sort of image in the dreambox. The UBC sat works fine all the time. The Multisat is giving me problems, I get the EPG but no picture. So I call the 'engineer' who then plugs his laptop into the dreambox, starts messing with code, possibly updating keys etc etc, and I get charged every time? What is the best solution for this. Do I need a new image which can self update the keys? or what?
If I have encrouched any boundaries then I apologize now to any admin.
