dreambox 500s convert to 500c

Hi all 1st post so be nice.

Iv got a big prob, i order a dream box 500s by mistake and need a 500c, do any of you know if i can jsut change the image on the box so it can take cable or is it deff and new box needed.

You may be able to swap the tuner. If not then you will need another receiver.
