Dreambox 8000 flicks off for half a second

My Satellite Setup
Dreambox 8000 HD,
80cm Orbital Satellite Dish
Motorized
LNB with 2 outputs, 2nd output leading to upstairs and using Dreambox 500S.
Pioneer VSX-1018AH-K Amp/Receiver,
My Location
Stockton-on-Tees, Cleveland
Hi, I have noticed lately that my 8000 flicks off then back on (I'd say it's bout half a second) but the osd on the front is still on, it happens every so often, not constant, it's even on the free channels..
I was recording something earlier and it happened while recording, it still recorded and when I played it back, it was noticeable on the recording..

Does it sound as if the Dreambox is occasionally losing power but not for long enough that it powers down, it still stays on
