Dreambox 800hd freezing with sky

hi just setup my dreambox 800hd from dayone the channels freeze every few min can anyone help to check if my settings are correct

Is the box genuine or a clone? What image was installed when you bought it? Are the free-to-air channels ok and what cam(s) are you using for sky?

Are youi using a paid for card server? If so its a common problem.

there freeview channels are great no prob. im using paid card server for the service. the software its on is enigma 2010-07-21 not sure if it is clone as when i go to genuine is tells me its genuine so not sure

As mentioned this freezing which you are experiencing is normal for a paid card server. There are simply too many users accessing too few cards.

Yup.

These commercial c/s are all the same - the test lines are kept to just a few subs on one card so it looks like the servoice is good, then when they have your money you are moved over to a heavily overloaded card. Result - mega stutters & freezwes when the keys change

If you want a proper service then pay for a proper Sky subscription.
