Dreambox 800HD Pro EPG

Hey,

I just got a dm800 pro clone. I've installed OpenPli 2.0 beta and it's running fine however the now & next display on the channel list is a bit crap. This is nothing new to me, it was the same on my 7025+. I'm wondering if it's just a dreambox thing, or enigma 2 anyway. When I zap to a channel, the epg is downloaded so that when I go back to my channel list, next to the channel name it displays what's currently on. The rest of the channels that I haven't viewed don't display anything.

Is this something that I'll just have to live with or is there a plugin or something that would help?

Install the rytec epg plugin.

I've just noticed that after turning off the box and on again, the now & next listings were gone. Do I have to manually update the epg in xmltvimpoter after every reboot..?

After importing the epg info. using the rytec plugin when you shutdown the box it writes the epg info on the hard drive but if you put the box in standby and turn the power off the info. is lost.
