Dreambox clones?

Hi,

Can anyone please tell me the problems with buying a clone Dreambox?

I was looking at this one on _www.dvbmonkey.com because it's a HD PVR:-

Would you recommend or not?

do not supply software for one year, I'm waiting on 5 boxing except mails (and even then only after 100 Request) which opens up nothing.

I suggest you to stay away from dvbmonkey.
I bought a DM800HD from them.
Display not working so they told me to return box.
But they gave me a non existing adress in HongKong....

They refused to collect the box from the post office..

Now two months later the box is beeing returned to me.

They don't answer any mails .....

So.... do NOT buy from dvbmonkey

Yip, I can only reiterate, a mate of mine had a hard time with DVBMonkey, he basically now has a 500 with a faulty remote receiver. They flat refused to change it !

I buy from one place only, _www.satstore.co.uk Original official UK supplier.
