Dreambox Dm 500 Problem

I recently bought a DM500-S Dreambox.In the first day it was ok,only that the Sky Italia channels freeze every 10 seconds.Yesterday i was watching Sky and it frooze.i unplugged and plugged again but nothing at all appears on the Tv...just black screen...can someone help me with this problem
 
Are you on a pay share by any chance?
 
I know you are card sharing that much is obvious.

I asked are you on a commercial share? (Which includes ones supplied with the box when you bought it.
 
no i bought my dreambox and then i send it to a guy who did it...sorry i dont know much about this dreambox thing so if you help me i would appreciate it very much
 
So basically you are on a commercial share of some sort. Well forum rules forbid discussion or help of any kind for problems with pay shares, so you will have to get your provider to sort it out for you.

However I can tell you this - you are wasting your money. Commercial shares are notorious for grossly overloading the cards and putting too many users onto them, leading to slow updates when the keys change - which can be every 30 seconds at times :D
