DreamBox dm500 s help needed!!

I bought a dreambox dm500 s one year ago from a computer technician and I payed him so that I could watch encrypted channels. Now that a year passed i have to pay him again so I can continue watching. Is there any way I can find out what the technician does so that I can do it myself? Any help is appreciated.
