I've just bought 2 of the receivers mentioned above. I need to know how to get them programmed to work in the Caribbean? Is it possible?

I am also from the caribbean, you will need a router for fast upload of the program
feel free to email me ......ill give you url or tell you of my experiance with same box

sure they can be program, I have one and its working, you will need a couple programs called DB EDIT....Dream-up and DCC Dreambox control centre

To edit the channels,enter the operating sytem,or upload the program into the box
 
How far have you got in setting it up? Internet access? Image?

Have you read the Idiot's Guide?
