Dreambox DM500s (clone) FTA -> Encrypted -> FTA Blank Issue

Hi,

I'm running a DM500s Clone box with CCCam 2.1.4 and have tried both the Gemini 4.70 and latest Pli image.

When i boot the box i can view all FTA channels fine e.g. BBC 1 London, if i then switch to an encrypted channel (Comendy Central) that will also show fine. But when i switch back to BBC 1 all i get is a blank picture no sound, almost seems to be trying to decrypt the free channel.

Restarting CCCam doesn't resolve the issue, rebooting the box does.

Is this a hardware issue with the box or a software setup problem? I can't seem to find anyone else having the same issue.

Nowhere near enough information!

For starters are you using your own Sky card?
 
Yes, using my own Sky card (white one).
 
I am having the same problem,when I reboot the box I can view bbc 1 until I go to an encrypted channel,I have 2 dm500s and the other box is fine so it must be something to do with the first box,both boxes have pli jade image,enigma 1.
