Dreambox no Channels

My Satellite Setup
The OEM Black Box 500S receiver runs on open-source software developed by hundreds of developers around the world.
My Location
china
After about 3 Months without problems ...

there are no channels available. So no Client won't work.

Dreambox PlugIn is complete configured (same as last 3 months), but i can't get any channels

who can help me please ?
 
Best speak to the person who supplied the box, I presume you bought it with a working cardshare. We won't help with commercial cardshares I'm afraid.
