Hello all,
Im a bit confused about portforwarding my dreambox.
I've set up a static ip address for the dreambox and my pc, connected by plugs to my wireless router. All works ok (downloaded keys and cccam). I have also set up a dyndns host name.
I now want to portforward the required ports the dreambox needs to communicate with another dreambox that I have abroad. I just want to watch the freesat channels whilst in cyprus. My questions:
1. What ports need to be added to my router.
2. On my router it says custom server ip address, is this where I put the dreambox ip address?
3. What would a simple C line and F line be for cccam.config at this end and at the cyprus end?

Thanks for any help.

1. The port you need to open/forward to your DM I.P address is defined in CCcam.cfg eg add the following line SERVER LISTEN PORT : 60000 You could use this site to help configure your router _http://portforward.com/
2. You shouldn't have to put anything like that in your router setup, again, the relevant dyndns or ipaddress is defined in the c line of the client CCcam.cfg (see below)
3. Simple setup would be F: user pass & C: dyndns/WAN I.P 60000 user pass

Bare in mind that that example of an F line does not prohibit any reshare or EMM options.
