Dreambox with cccam2.1.4 returns to default cam

hi, i have cccam2.1.4 running on dreambox 500s. thing is now and again it just goes back to default cam,, common interface. cant understand. and help here, i need to keep and make sure it stays on cccam 2.1.4
 
Hi @pudzy,

This will happen if you have never done a Soft Reboot (Hold Pwr button on remote until options appear and select Reboot, while CCcam214 is running) and for some reason (say power cut or glitch) the box does a Hard Reboot.

When you do the Soft Reboot it sets the default Emu/Cam and Channel that are used next time a Hard Reboot occurs.

I have a Cron Script running to Hard Reboot my DM7000S every night at 01:00 (makes it more stable during the day) so if I change anything (like to CCcam220 and then 221) I need to remember the Soft Reboot........but I forget!!

I cannot think of any other reason (short of somebody else changing it locally or remotely!!) but there may be.
