I am a tottaly noob on Dreambox.

I have TV and a big balkon NOTHING Else.

Please can you easy tell me what i need so i can see Greek TV ( Sat Hotbird 13.0 ) . Cables Dish Dreambox model and if i have to pay any susbriction or i can setup dreambox alone.

First of all we need to know where you are. If you're in New Zealand, for instance, then it's physically not possible!

If you're hinting at card sharing, by mentioning your Internet connection and posting in the Dreambox section, then please be aware we do not condone this and will not give direct help.

The best thing to get is a proper Nova subscription through greek friends / relatives. Then export it to your location (Germany according to your IP address). Get a dish installed for 13E and away you go.
