Afternoon and as above seems to be happening when the UHF DDT cable from the Proception loft amp (fed by the antenna in the attic) is connected to the SKY+ HD UHF i/p socket.

Can (only??) be seen on a remote TV fed by the Return feed from the box to the Proception box and then another feed to that TV, but ONLY when the UHF i/p to the SKY box is connected - disconnect that and the picture on the remote TV clears up!

Been in the attic and cleaned and reconnected the plugs on the cable from the antenna to the Proception box, and on the Lounge Feed and Return cables from/to that box, and did same on the plugs on the cables to the remote TV - but still the same problem!

Any ideas????

PS: just going out and won't be back till around 5pm!

PS2: Correction - the return feed to the Proception loft box is connected to RF2, not RF1, and port power is ON (even though it does not need to be).
(Sent from the M&S coffee shop in Uxbridge,!)

Try a power cycle on the Sky box?? Otherwise the Skybox modulator is possibly goosed...

Thx and I'll try that tomorrow - OTOH, maybe it could be that the Proception is the one that's "goosed" because the pr?

Just a thought..I have had these boxes default the UHF output channel back to the factory setting, possibly then on the same channel as a local DTT one?

I did wonder if the modulator had gone off channel and checked in the installation menu. I found it to be set on the default Ch58 and then tried both 57 and 59 but lost any signal on the remote TV (so set it back to 58).

I don't think it's a conflict with the local DTT channels because those are in around the 21-30 (ish) band but can't remember the exact spread.

Any new 5G towers nearby?
Don't think so (but can't be sure) and don't think the interference looks "digital", just more like "poor signal" overlaid with white noise slightly resembling "sound on vision".
