Dual lnb setup for Astra 19.2 and Hotbird

I have my satellite dish pointing at Hotbird with one dual lnb.
I would like to add another dual lnb pointing at Astra 19.2 using the same existing dish.
I own a bed and breakfast and want to connect 2 Astra 19.2 channels to two receivers and 2 Hotbird channels to two other receivers.
I am thinking of going the Two dual lnb route as a monblock only transmitts one satelite at a time.
My question is how to setup the two dual lnbs on the dual lnb arm i bought?

Looking at the dish face, put the 19E LNB to the left of the other one, and slightly lower. Adjust its position for best signal.

Well, if you want to save yourself the cost of another twin and offset bracket, then a 6° monobloc LNb would suit, quad version. Will turn out a tad more expensive but a simple LNb change over. This way all receivers can receive Astra1 & Hotbird.

If I was to use the monoblock could I watch the channels on Astra and Hotbird on different receivers at the same time?
 
I have bought a dual feed Alluminium bracket and have decided to point the dish at Hotbird with the primary lnb focused on Hotbird.How far away in centimeters do I have to distance the second lnb (Astra 19.2) from the Hotbird one and how do I adjust the elevation of the Astra lnd?

Yes, correct but looks a little too late. The monobloc option would of saved fiddling.

Distance will depend on dish size.
 
The offset lnb will be approx 6 degrees away from the main one. In practice, just put it reasonably close and then adjust for best signal. The bracket should allow elevation adjustment.
