I've decided I don't like my landlord now he's made me remove the motorised dish. Now I can't get hotbird no more. :-downt
Now I need some advice on how to get it back.
When fitting a dual lnb for astra and hotbird, is it essential that the main focus is hotbird or will it work the other way around?
I've searched the forum and the general opinion seems to be that this is the correct set up.
The main reason for asking is that I have just discovered I cannot see hotbird due to the constraints of the building where I live.
(it runs almost parallel to 19e)

:-cry1 Please help as I'm missing my Bulgarian??? soap operas.

You can always use an offset bracket, but if you can't see the satellite, I can't see that it'll make a difference.

if you was getting it with a motor how come it is not possible with a fixed dish?
have you relocated the dish?

Yep, had to move it as one of the other tennants complained.
Our row is an unusual shape with the roofs being at different heights.
The dish used to be on our gable end which meant it was directly above next doors roof apex.
The neighbours (buisness premises) complained that it was a hazard in bad weather and were paranoid about it falling through their roof.
Now I'm faced with another problem, due to the shape of next door, I cannot see any sats from the rear of our house and from the front, I can only go to 19e before the dish is facing the building.
