You might get a handful of Horizontally polarised TPs eg 12073H, but that's about your lot.

I'm further south and struggle with a 90cm, 26e gets swamped by 28.2e. You can always try nudging the dish to the west a few clicks with diseqc 1.2 but I wouldn't expect much joy.

Thats a little misleading in this case as the weak Badr signals at 26E get swamped by the very high power UK transmissions off Astra2 next door at 28E. The smaller the dish the worse the effect.

The figures really have little relevance as you are in a different location on the far fringes of the footprint and the other Members not only have different dishes, LNBs, cable quality and length but probably different receivers whose "metering" will almost certainly have different characteristics and calibration.

Ask you about signal level cause I know you are In one strength above area if you are struggling with 90 cm then I got no chance with 1 meter

Yes, I know but, as stated, other Members reported levels are of little or no benefit to you.

So, if you do get any numeric replies, treat them with caution.

Of slightly more use would be reports from others close to your location and with different sized dishes.

No - I havent had anything off 26E for years. Not one Ive tried for really since I moved house almost 3 years ago. Many years ago Badr 4 was an easy catch on an 80cm dish in the Borders. I even used to get excellent signals on the hypothetical MBC beam which was supposedly aimed only at the MENA area.

28E is too strong to bother now on small dishes - the bleed over will destroy reception of many transponders

With the caveats already mentioned, and assuming the Edision Primo has similar SQ readings to the SX88+, with a Channel Master 90cm (90cm x 100cm) + IBU single in North East England:

11996h 27500 SQ 66%, 10.3db


12130v 27500 SQ 52% 9.0db
