HELP,

Can you receive the Dubia Racing Channel in the uk and if not is it possible to stream over the internet

Dubai Racing is receivable on the satellites listed below.


  • Nilesat 101 @ 7°W

  • Badr-4 @ 26°E

Both satellites can be received easily enough in the UK with a decent size dish. Have them both here on a 100cm in the Midlands.

Badr-4 @ 26°E would be a better choice with more programming, but worth noting that Horizontal transponders will prove difficult from 7W without a silly size dish. Dubai Racing is on a vertical transponder.
 
A 90cm to 1m dish(preferable) should give reasonable performance on badr4 in your area, Nilesat is possible on 1m, but gets steadily worse going west, maybe a 1.2m for that.
 
The Dubai racing , on arabsat 26e , doesn't show the racing

Thats on Nilesat 201. You probably need 2.4m or bigger in Norwich to get N-201
 
The uk horse racing shown by Dubai racing is only available on Nilesat. They only show what At the races and racing uk are showing between March & November as they show no interest in jump racing.

I did already, a few days ago.;)

Its on nilesat 201 now.
