Duolabs Dynamite USB Programmer

Hi, I have been given the above programmer together with a blue Titanium card and as I am new to all this can someone help me with the following questions if this is possible.

1. Can anyone tell me in laymans terms (step by step) how I uses this device?

2. Will I am able to use the card in my Telewest digital box?

3. What else is this programmer capable of?
