DVB-S Monitoring Software

My Satellite Setup
2.7m DH with Invacom Quad connecting to a Win7 x64 Media Centre w/ a rotating Thomson or Pace Digibox
My Location
Paphos, Cyprus
I bought a DVB-S usb tuner today for use with Windows Media Centre and am able to watch some channels, some others i can't, same with the digibox.

I would like to run some sort of scan of all the data being received at my USB tuner, and record transponder freq., polarity, signal strength and channel ID/name if possible, export the lot to a flat file. Similar to Netstumbler for wireless networks, it will scan through everything making changes to the LNB as required?

Does such an application exist ?

anyone also looking you can check out :

FastSatFinder (_http://www.fastsatfinder.com/) which will sit and run through a satellite's of transponders based upon an updateable .ini file. Results are presented in a list on screen one by one, you can 'export' the list as an image (it performs a window screen print). After 60minutes use it requires purchase of a key.

'Prog Finder' (_http://www.progdvb.com/prog_sat_finder.html), uses an editable list file to populate the satellite and frequency boxes, once chosen will keep monitoring level & quality, until you choose another frequency to monitor. Can also scan a frequency to see what is broadcasting on it. No option to export anything that i can see. No cost

Yes, I've found FastSatFinder useful for comparing quality levels of the various TP's. I see the version number is still 2.7.0, same as the one I got a couple of years ago. A little expensive for the full version - I don't know what you get extra other than no time limit.

Not a meter proper, only a 'virtual' one, so I'm placing the thread in the Satellite Card section.
