The blurb makes specific mention of supporting Biss keys. So presumably can be used for the BBC backup service.

Because chinese manufacturers and postal services are heavily subsidised by their government to ensure the flow of fake crap into the western world is strong... :)

$ 23 is probably the real value of many other types of electronics, like iphone\samsung etc, no wonder they make billions.
 
Nah, the receiver linked to is worth about 3 pence, the build quality is most likely poor, and that PSU will go bang... :-rofl2

When it comes to chinese produce at low prices, set your expectations low, very low, occasionally these expectations may be exceeded, but usually, they're met perfectly... :D
