There have been a couple near San Diego this weekend, is it part of the same fault line ?
Yes, they are on the San Andreas fault line, the new ones are right at the junction of 3 fault lines, the San Andreas goes from Baha California, up to where it connects to the Cascadia fault, the San Andreas fault is a strike-slip fault, the Cascadia is a suduction fault, two different types of faults, the Cascadia can produce a 9+ earthquake, the biggest ever on the San Andreas fault was around a 7.9 to an 8, big big difference.

A magnitude 9 is 33 times bigger then an 8.

I'm more worried about this one....Latest Earthquakes
It's very close to one of the largest super volcano's on the NA continent, if it goes we wont have to worry about any flu virus.

Now I am really worried, these are way too close to the big one, will it affect long valley???
