Satelitte newbie found a 1.8m motorised dish installed with new flat.
Computer literate Win Vista broadband etc.

Just learning, anyone tell me please why my new receiver (Echolink 7020HD) often freezes up when Auto Scan is selected?
Happens at about 20% into a scan.
Blind SW Scan is OK and completes, just Auto has the problem.
When it happens it can only be reset by rebooting the box.
