Echolink EL-700 FTA Super problem

Hi Dear experts.. I have a second hand echolink EL-700 FTA Super recever.but not a video output signals.after power on the receiver display to boot then ON .I replace to av cable and check using anther TV.but problem is not out come video signal from receiver.please explain how to recover it.......:confused:

Is this the first time you are using this Decoder? Do you see the booting up sequence on your TV?

yes my friend.nothing to display any pictures in the TV.

Try using the composite Video from your Decoder, perhaps there is something amiss with your Scart plug.
Also check your settings for Pal System out or whatever from your Decoder, barring these it could be that your Decoder Video is faulty.

Currently i have no scart divice.do you have scart pin out data and what is PIN out the video signal.I think PIN 19 and Ground(Video Signal) am i correct?.please help me

Yes Pin 19 is Video out and Pin 17 is Earth. But as I said you could use the Composite signal (Yellow {Video}, Red and Black)
