Echostar 2200 dsb

I have resiver ehostar 2200 dsb the problem is that it does not run power. The bike was fired under an IP 1 mark on an aluminum cooler (the mark is not visible). So I would like to ask who has the relevant resiver just to read the IC card for replacement

Most folkks will have junked a receiver that old long ago - its at least 14 years old. (Production year 2003)

Unless there is a very good reason for hanging on to it, to be honest its probably not worth fixing.
