Hi,

Would anyone please be able to tell me if Echostar actuators were acme thread or ball screw? In particular, the Echostar BlackJack model (not sure if they made other models).

Thanks

A little less analogue, and a lot more crap.

I doubt very much any Echostar actuator would use ball screw type mechanics

Thamk you for your replies.
After cleaning up the actuator I found the remnants of a label on the outer sleeve which confirms it is an acme thread.
