Echostar AD-3000IP Resistor Value

Hi, Wondering if anyone could supply the value of R3 on the PSU? I downloaded the schematics in the sticky, but it doesn't have the value. The old resistor is too burnt to make out the colour coding!

That's a 15 kilohm resistor ( possibly ~2W).

When replacing, leave the lead lengths long enough to stand away from the board, which tends to burn due to the resistor overheating (!)
