Echostar AD3000IP + Turksat Channel problems FTA

Is there an option of a factory reset in the Echostar menu? It might be worth trying that and starting from scratch.

Didn't think of that... was in the process of loading the v11 firmware messed up half way and made it worse. Tried it again and all is now fine running v11 and all the channels are fine inc switch on/off.

If anyone is trying to update the firmware try doint it @ 9600. I know its slow but the other speeds didn't work for me kept getting errors at the start of it.

The baud rate is about right for the machine, and an older style PC running a serial would be operating normally at that transfer rate.

I think the Echostar software updates aren't available from their site now. However, I have a file for the AD3000ip if that is your model (not the AD3000ipvia) -
