Echostar D-2510ip Viaccess PSU Problem

Hi,
My old trusty 2510ip suffered a mains electric power failure last night. The box is protected with a surge/spike plug but still got damaged. I have removed the PSU and found the likely problem - 1 power transistor with the face blown off.
The problem I have I can not identify what this part is. The marking on the PCB shows as "IC1". I have searched for a service manual but not found.
Does anyone know what this part number is so as I can replace?

IC1 is a chopper IC. Echostar used a 1H0565R in many of their positioner receivers of that era, including the D2500ip, AD3000ip etc.

Further checking of my notes points to the D2510ip using the same power supply as the AD3000ip.
