EcmOk & % help needed

Hello,
I have a question about CCcam 2.1.2 server ( although i am sure it will also apply to 2.0.11 & 2.1.1 )
I access my dreambox through my PC by using Wampserver 2.0, and then i click on localhost whch shows me a nice colourful
OSD. I am slowly learning about all the different fuctions i have at my disposal when using this method of accessing my server,
but i am not exacly sure what they all mean. On the servers page along the top is the following categories

# Rating Uptime Server Cnt Ping RE Connected Ver NodeID Shares hop1 hop2 hop3 EcmOK - % CAID/Idents LOCAL

If you look at the section marked as EcmOK - %, I am not sure what this means, as below this is different readings ie
under the Ecmok column there would be 11, and next to it under the % column its showing 1%. So basically i am getting
Ecmok @ 11 & % @ 1% can anyone tell me what these figures mean ??

It simply means that from the number of ecm requests sent to your server , that card / client has been successful in responding to 11% of the requests. A pretty terrible figure I'm afraid to say. A good server will see that value never below 95%.
 
Many thanks for the reply, Does it mean that my server is poor, or theirs ?? I have many of different readings from all the people on my server.
