Advice Needed Edon 2120

I have found this positioner up the loft, bought it years ago, I'm just wondering if anyone knows about its spec, non Diseqc, just a 36v stand alone. Struggling to find any info about it on the net.

Looks very similar to the super jack positioner

It does Chris, this is one is a pulse only one, I think the Superjack will also do optical.
I really want to know what amp load is like on the Edon

I have found the user guide for the Edon, 1.2 Amps it is rated at for 36V. Thought it would beem more seeing how heavy it is..

1.2A continuous should be fine for most applications, as lon g as it has an initial start of 3 or 3.5 A

Yes, the Venture actuator has about that startup. Might give it try....

Being a rather simple analogue circuit throughout you should find it has a more forgiving nature when pushed, no modern component technology 'doing a Burton' when confronted by a transient.
