Email pioneer Ray Tomlinson - RIP

Another passing that I've overlooked. Ray Tomlinson invented email way back in 1971 when he added the @ symbol to addresses to make them directable. For better or worse email has changed our lives.

I still prefer email to any other electronic contact medium ..
Second only to a phone call ...(outgoing not cold calls)
Like twittering and facebook etc ..

A good point ..Ray is probably indirectly responsible for getting huge quatities of Viagra to the masses....and re-floating the Nigerian economy.
