Who would they rather annoy - some tinpot little company thats not going to be here in 6 months time or the BBC??
Anyway loss of a small contract has never stopped any sat company when ordered to - the Tamil Tigers TV station has been taken down several times in the last 5 years due to the terrorism links and similarly for Al Manar.
Things have to be considered beyond the obvious.
