Who would they rather annoy - some tinpot little company thats not going to be here in 6 months time or the BBC??

Anyway loss of a small contract has never stopped any sat company when ordered to - the Tamil Tigers TV station has been taken down several times in the last 5 years due to the terrorism links and similarly for Al Manar.

Things have to be considered beyond the obvious.
Do you think Santa Claus exists just because everybody says so?
Now everyone knows about this thing and should we believe the only people obscure of it are Intelsat workers,who need to be told by someone else what is uplinked on their transponder?
 
Im not getting involved in any pedantic arguments.

Im sure Intelsat will honour the contract with the tinpot pirates right up until the appropriate legal documents are served on them. Then see just how fast the signals disappear!
 
Which will not be long from what i have heard it will be swiched off very soon due to the copyright infringement.

Analoguesat what some people on here do not understand (not you) is that even the BBC logo is copy righted so even transmitting the logo is copy right theft.

Possibly the lamest supporting argument of any subject I've seen on this forum to date.

A knob, complete with additional knobs on would have trouble bettering that.
