Obviously not a broadcast channel, but a webcam from the pier at Huntington Beach, California. Complements the two beach webcams on 11.162H. Normally live, but a recording at present (still night-time now).

Unless it is a new frequency, those two webcams have been broadcasting for months. They are I believe in NTSC as well

Plenty of surfers at all times of the year, but I'm still not quite sure why they would want to spend on a broadcast over the Atlantic.

Had to use the Humax HD box for scanning it in, as for some strange reason my Hauppauge Nova HD PC card doesn't find it, although my earlier Skystar HD card found the last ones.

It's come up on my Vantage no problem, though I assume it's purposely being broadcast in portrait orientation rather than landscape. It looks really weird on a large screen tv. Makes me feel a little seasick!!

Yes, I had to re-orientate for the screenshot. It's live now, and there's a few bathers out early.
